Medication is School
 
If your student may require medication during the school day please note that all medications (including over the counter medications, cough drops etc.) must have an order written by a physician in the health office. 
All medications must be brought to school by an adult and kept in the health office.
For your convenience we have attached standard orders to this notification.

Any medication that does not have a standardized form can be written by your child's physician and brought in or emailed to the health office.
